IsaDora Swatch - Dazzling Ocean

This polish is sheer and you need atleast 3 coats.Drying time was a bit slow so I got a dent cause it wasn't dry.Well it feels dry but then you add a layer and all layers go soft.Easy to apply. And looks like a glass fleck polish.
