Repair Mode

Do you ever get in "repair mode"?  I feel like there are so many things around the Happy Home that are broken and needing to be fixed!  Since my Mom is here for a week, I am trying to take advantage of her babysitting capabilities to take a bunch of stuff to be fixed (because it's hard to carry a huge mirror frame into a shop while juggling a toddler and his 4 year old brother!)So far, I have
